For customers from Great Britain (except Northern Ireland) the following conditions apply:

For customers from Great Britain there is a minimum order value of 175 GBP incl. shipping costs. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to ship complete bicycles and bulky goods to the UK.

National sales tax as well as customs & Import fees:

Deliveries to Great Britain are net, i.e. without national sales tax. This tax is then due on import. If United Kingdom is selected as the country of delivery, the prices are displayed in the shop without sales tax.

In addition to the shipping costs calculated by Bike-Discount, additional import costs may apply. These are usually about any import duties and national sales tax.

For customers from Northern Ireland the following conditions apply:

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to send complete bicycles to Northern Ireland. For customers from Northern Ireland there is a minimum order value of 175 GBP incl. shipping costs.

Since special conditions apply to customers from Northern Ireland, please select United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) as the delivery country when selecting the country in the shop at the top right.

Customers from Northern Ireland pay the Northern Irish sales tax and receive the prices including this tax when selecting the country United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) in the shop. When importing, there may be additional costs for the import. These are usually for any import duties that may arise.

Important information on returning items from the UK

The following documents must be enclosed with the return:

Completed customs declaration (CN23 Form)
A copy of the original invoice

Please attach these required customs documents to the outside of the package in a delivery note pocket.

Every consignment of goods is checked by customs, and customs duties apply.
For returned goods that were taxed upon importation, you as the customer can reclaim the domestic sales tax at the responsible customs office.
Please send returns exclusively with Royal Mail, DHL's shipping partner.
We do not assume any costs for returns with other logistic companies. As a result, it can also happen that your package cannot be processed further by customs and is sent back to you by customs.
